About Elise Desperito
Dr. Elise Desperito is board certified in diagnostic radiology and subspecializes in breast imaging. She is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an assitant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She is the program director of the Radiology Residency. Formerly, Dr. Desperito served as director of breast imaging at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Desperito has extensive experience in the care of women with breast cancer and specializes in breast imaging interpretation and interventional breast procedures. Dr. Desperito is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the New York Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society of Breast Imaging.
