What is myColumbiaDoctors?

The myColumbiaDoctors website provides you, the patient, with a free and secure way to interact with your doctor and his or her staff online. Eliminate phone tag and waiting on hold by logging on to myColumbiaDoctors from the comfort of your home or office to access your health record information, request an appointment or a prescription renewal or quickly and easily ask a question.

What can I do with myColumbiaDoctors?

These are the services currently provided through myColumbiaDoctors:

  • access your health record information
  • request, cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • renew a prescription
  • ask questions to your providers or their staff
  • receive appointment reminders by email and/or text message

What health information is available in myColumbiaDoctors?

Through your myColumbiaDoctors patient portal account, you are able to access much of the health information stored in your health record, including the following:

  • Diagnoses
  • Conditions
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • Test results
  • Vitals
  • Clinical Summary
  • Patient Education materials
  • Scanned Laboratory and Radiology Results (effective Jan. 29, 2018)
  • Camp and School forms (effective Jun. 1, 2017)

Can I access myColumbiaDoctors on my smart phone or tablet?

Yes, access to myColumbiaDoctors is available through the FollowMyHealth Mobile app. This free app is available for download for Apple devices through iTunes and for Android devices through the Google Play store.

How do I get help with my account?

Our support team is available to help you with your myColumbiaDoctors account. Please call them at (888) 670-9775 or email them at

The support team can help you navigate the portal.  For example, they can help you send a message to your provider or request an appointment through your account.  The team can also assist you with any issues registering for your account, such as helping with an expired or lost invitation code.

If I forget my password, what do I do?

If you forget your password, each login method will have a link to help you retrieve your password. Go to the myColumbiaDoctors login page and click the appropriate login method and follow the instructions for the login method you chose.
