Research

Dr. Baird is engaged in several clinical research projects involving renal replacement therapy in critically-ill children, as well as some aspects of the acute respiratory distress syndrome and diabetic ketoacidosis in the PICU. He has been involved in clinical research focused on spinal muscular atrophy, cystic fibrosis, and pediatric transport medicine.
