Sample DayParked at the end of grocery store parking lot. Walked, pushed cart, got a good workout.Had to stay late for a silly meeting. Couldn't do my walk. Vegged out watching TV.Having a long-term goal helps me stay on track. I wish I could get Bill to be more active.
