A wellness specialist works with businesses or other groups to provide people with support for healthy living.

You might have a wellness specialist where you work. They may also work at health clinics, gyms, community centers, and other businesses.

They have special training to help you with your health, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. For example, they can offer:

  • Suggestions for new foods to try.
  • Ideas on new ways to exercise.
  • Tips on how to stay calm and handle stress.
