Pelvic rotation (on a ball)

  1. Sit up straight on an exercise ball, with your feet about hip-width apart.
  2. Slowly rotate your hips in a circle pattern. Keep the movement focused at your hips.
  3. Repeat the circle in the other direction.
  4. Repeat 8 to 12 times in each direction.
