The Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center

The Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center (WFCPC) is dedicated to improving the lives of patients with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and their families across the lifespan – offering pediatric, transitional, and adult care. Our growing network of CP experts seeks to expand knowledge and access to CP treatments through education, research, and advocacy aimed at the prevention and treatment of CP.

The Center has a special focus on research that improves the quality of life for our patients and their families and has one of the first nationwide CP patient registries, enabling longitudinal research to track outcomes and improve care.

Education of providers, patients, and their families is an integral part of the WFCPC’s mission. The Center offers continuing medical education conferences and lectures as well as support groups for parents and adult patients.

Our providers practice and operate at NewYork-Presbyterian – Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, ranked number one in the New York Area by U.S. News & World Report, and, as faculty members of Columbia University Medical Center, they incorporate the latest research and academic thinking into their practices.
