How Does Virtual Urgent Care Work?

Speak directly with a Columbia expert online or by downloading the Columbia Connect app. Receive an immediate evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan from our doctors.

  1. Create a Connect account
  2. Connect with a Columbia expert using:
    1. Your desktop or laptop computer or;
    2. Your phone or tablet. Download the Columbia Connect app and the Zoom Cloud Meetings app (both available on iOS and Android devices)

      3. Launch the Columbia Connect app and select Virtual Urgent Care. Follow the steps to connect with one of our experts.
