Paying by Credit Card

In accordance with NYS General Business Law §519(a), take notice that when you pay with a credit card, you will be foregoing certain state and federal legal rights that apply to medical debt, including protections for interest rate limits, credit agency reporting, wage garnishment, and property liens. By using a credit card, you forgo certain legal protections that apply to medical debt under New York state law.
