We see patients at our main campus in Manhattan and many locations across the New York metropolitan region, including Westchester County and New Jersey. 

Yes. ColumbiaDoctors partners with community organizations to offer health screenings, education, and outreach programs. 

Call us at 877-426-5637 or use our  Find a Doctor  tool to search for a doctor by name, specialty, or location. You can then schedule online or by calling the provider’s office. 

Yes. Virtual visits are available for many specialties, offering safe and convenient access to care.

• Collect your current medication list and medical history to bring to your appointment 
• Check in for your visit via the Connect patient portal, completing any applicable forms
• Bring your photo ID and insurance card to your appointment

Our doctors are also on staff across the NewYork-Presbyterian network of hospitals throughout the region, so your care can continue seamlessly if you need hospital services. 

Yes. When needed, your primary care provider or specialist will help connect you to the right ColumbiaDoctors expert. 

Yes. ColumbiaDoctors offers second opinion services both in person and virtually. 

ColumbiaDoctors accepts most major insurance plans. Coverage can vary by provider and service, so we recommend calling  877-426-5637 or checking with your insurance carrier before your appointment. 

You can pay your bill online through our secure patient portal, by phone, or by mail. Assistance programs are available if you need help with payment options. 

Log in to the Connect portal to view test results, visit summaries, and more. You can also submit a records request online or by form. Learn more about requesting medical records. 

Yes. Log in to the Connect portal or contact your provider to update your information. 

We follow HIPAA regulations and require patient authorization before releasing protected health information.

Yes. Many patients receive a brief survey by email or text after their visit. Sharing your experience helps us understand how well we met your needs and how we can make your next visit even better. 

Patient survey feedback is reviewed by our teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that every patient receives compassionate, respectful, and seamless care.
