How do I make an appointment?
Call us at 877-426-5637 or use our Find a Doctor tool to search for a doctor by name, specialty, or location. You can then schedule online or by calling the provider’s office.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes. Virtual visits are available for many specialties, offering safe and convenient access to care.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Collect your current medication list and medical history to bring to your appointment
- Check in for your visit via the Connect patient portal, completing any applicable forms
- Bring your photo ID and insurance card to your appointment
What if I need hospital care?
Our doctors are also on staff across the NewYork-Presbyterian network of hospitals throughout the region, so your care can continue seamlessly if you need hospital services.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill online through our secure patient portal, by phone, or by mail. Assistance programs are available if you need help with payment options.

How can I access my medical records?

Can I correct information in my records?
