Update on NewYork-Presbyterian Nursing Negotiations

Our hospital partner, NewYork-Presbyterian, is negotiating a new contract with the New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA). The members of NewYork-Presbyterian’s nursing team who support the following select hospitals and practices are participating in a strike while contract negotiations continue:

• NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center
• NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital
• NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital
• NewYork-Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network (Columbia-affiliated)

Outpatient visits at ColumbiaDoctors locations will not be affected. All ColumbiaDoctors offices are open, including those located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center at West 168th, and NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital at West 220th Street.

If you have a visit or procedure planned at one of the NewYork-Presbyterian locations listed above, your care team will call you if any changes are needed, such as the date, time, or location for your care.
