Getting Started 

Beginning your care journey with ColumbiaDoctors is simple. Please contact the Global Services office at our partner hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian, and share your medical needs. You may reach the team by phone or email. 

Our Global Services team will ask you to submit a Patient intake form.

After you contact Global Services, a patient coordinator will help guide you through the process. They can assist with scheduling appointments, creating an itinerary, arranging tests and consultations, coordinating with your referring physician, and supporting other details related to your visit.
