James McKiernan, MD, CEO of ColumbiaDoctors, leads a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in care quality, safety, and patient experience.

Derek Mazique, MD, Chief Medical Officer of ColumbiaDoctors, oversees ColumbiaDoctors’ quality and safety efforts with the support of Teri Gillette, BSN, Chief Quality Officer of ColumbiaDoctors.

The Quality, Safety & Patient Experience Committee is led by Ajay Gupta, MD, Chair of Radiology, and Meghan Lane-Fall, MD, Chair of Anesthesiology, to ensure that CUIMC achieves exceptional results in key quality and safety metrics and institutes best-in-class policies and procedures.
