Make an Appointment
Our team is here to help you make an appointment with the specialists that you need.
The Columbia University Multiple Sclerosis Center offers a Wellness Program to support the overall well-being of individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder, and MOG antibody disease.
This six-month clinical initiative takes an interdisciplinary, comprehensive approach to improving metabolic and psychological health, with the goal of optimizing wellness and reducing disability. Through personalized assessments and coordinated care, participants will work with a dedicated team to set and achieve wellness goals.
The program is led by Nurse Practitioners Libby Levine, RN, ANP-BC, and Erin Quyen Moynihan, NP, and offers one-on-one access to:
- Physical Therapists
- Health Coach
- Registered Dietitian
- Yoga Nidra Practitioner
- Social Worker
Patients are referred to the program by Columbia MS Center providers. Once enrolled, participants will attend an initial assessment visit, followed by a goal-setting session, and then meet with the care team approximately once per month over the six-month period. Some visits may be offered virtually, based on patient needs.
