The Columbia Oncofertility Program, part of the renowned Columbia University Fertility Center, is dedicated to helping patients navigate fertility and family planning before and after cancer treatment.
Led by reproductive endocrinologist and oncofertility specialist Dr. Paula Brady, our program offers compassionate, personalized, and expedient care to patients facing new cancer diagnoses, those with cancer susceptibility genes, and individuals pursuing pregnancy or fertility preservation after treatment. With years of experience caring for a high volume of reproductive-age patients with cancer or genetic conditions affecting fertility, we bring unmatched expertise and innovation to meet your unique needs.
Comprehensive, Personalized Fertility Care
The fertility needs of patients with current or prior cancer diagnoses are diverse. We provide evidence-based, tailored care across the reproductive spectrum, including:
- Egg, embryo, and sperm freezing
- Ovarian tissue freezing (in partnership with area programs)
- Preimplantation genetic testing of embryos
- Infertility treatments, including intrauterine insemination (IUI) and embryo transfers
- Complex fertility care, including donor eggs, sperm, embryos, and coordination for gestational carriers for patients unable to carry a pregnancy
