Endoscopy Suite

If you have an issue with your digestive tract, your doctor may prescribe an endoscopy for diagnosis or treatment. Endoscopy is a simple nonsurgical procedure that can provide a clearer picture with minimal risk.

Doctor talking to patient

During an endoscopy, our specialists use a thin, flexible tube to examine the organs of the digestive tract. The tube is fitted with a light and small camera, allowing our doctors to see what is happening inside the body without the need for surgery.

Diagnostic Services We Offer

  • Colonoscopy (lower GI endoscopy)
  • EGD (upper GI endoscopy or esophagogastroduodenoscopy)

At ColumbiaDoctors Midtown, our on-site endoscopy suite can help make getting the diagnosis and treatment you need simple and easy. You will have access to the latest technology in a modern, comfortable setting—without having to visit a hospital. And you will receive the same level of care you have come to expect at Columbia.
