Here at Columbia, we are proud to bring you our Multidisciplinary Men’s Health Program. It’s a byproduct of our hard work, time, and thought, and we believe it is doing a great job for our patients. We know that name is a mouthful—but it’s really just a long way of saying, “Let us help you take better care of yourself.”
We Understand Your Needs
We know men have unique health risks; they are less likely to go to the doctor, less likely to engage in preventive health care, more likely to engage in risky health behaviors like smoking. At the same time, men are bothered enough by sexual health complaints to go see a doctor when one of these becomes an issue.
We know that those complaints–including erectile dysfunction, low libido, and diminished ejaculation—can be a sign of other health problems, such as diabetes or heart disease.
If we can solve your problem while keeping you healthier—by diagnosing, treating, or reducing your risk of health problems in the future—that’s a win-win.
Making It Easier to See Your Doctor
We want to make that process as easy for you as possible. We offer telehealth through Columbia Virtual Visits. Our integrated electronic records system—MyConnect—makes it easy to get access to everything you need. You can schedule appointments, review medications and test results, and reach out to us with questions.
Coordinated Care with Providers Near You
We are using our network of providers across Manhattan, Westchester County, and even New Jersey to get you to convenient in person visits when it is needed. We are working hand in hand with Columbia’s Primary Care Network to get you the regular care you need going forward.
And coordinated care means more than that—we are listening to you. If you have new complaints relating to any other health concerns or needs—COVID-19-related questions, a screening colonoscopy, a refill for your blood pressure medication—let us know.
