Thank you for choosing us for your prenatal care. We are excited to help you throughout the next nine months of your journey and will have all of the information you may need as an expectant parent listed on this page.

Tours will be held on the second Tuesday of each month, with two available sessions:
- Morning: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Each tour is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Expecting patients are welcome to bring one support person.

When It’s Time to Deliver
If you think you may be in labor, please call your obstetrician’s office.
When it is time to come to the hospital, please go to 3959 Broadway, 10th FL, New York, NY 10032.
When you arrive at the unit, please check in at the front desk. You will then be asked to fill out some paperwork and will be seen by our team in the triage area (unless you were scheduled for admission). Please remember to bring your insurance card.
Emergency After Hours
If you are calling on a weekend or between the hours of 5 pm to 9 am Monday to Friday, please call 877-256-7630. If you are experiencing, or think you may be experiencing, a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Billing
For general gynecologic care billing inquiries, please call 646-317-7111. For our obstetric patients, please contact our patient financial advocate, Ana (Eva) Concepcion at 347-315-2207.
